KINDERGARTEN HAS CLASS!

Last week we began our study of the Pilgrims, the Indians, and the first Thanksgiving. Each child has been given an Indian name and an opportunity to decorate our teepee. It has been so much fun!
We have also learned a lot about spiders in preparation for our field trip to see "Charlotte's Web."
On Friday, we had a special visit from Rescue Rex, who taught us all about how and when to call 911.

On Thursday, we will be going on a field trip to the Nashville Children's Theater to see "Charlotte's Web." Your child will need to wear their red field trip t-shirt and jeans. They will need to bring a lunch, complete with a drink, as we will be eating when we return to school, but it will be later than our usual lunch time.

CHERRYDALE FUNDRAISER:
Your child has been challenged to sell at least 3 items by Monday. Fill out the coupon on the form and return it to your child's teacher. Your child may then pick a monster to wear on a lanyard. Our school goal is to raise $10,000. If we work together, I know that we can do it! The turn in day is November 12th.
